Sorry Travis 😟
Your dad and Mike were buddies.... Your dad would call our house " Hey Mike wanna go for a ride with me ".....
Off they'd go, be gone for hours... to pick up a tool or parts for Pierce Logging....
Sometimes I'd look out back door see a truck, go outside and Tommy and his dog Rosie be sitting on my porch swing. Tommy says " oh we just waiting for Mike to get back " 😊
Mike and lots of people sure gonna miss him.
Love Paula Brown and Mike King.

Lucky as I am I have a lifetime of them!
Tom was /is the best big brother a girl could have.
When I was young I was his little shadow, I went everywhere with him.
My most vivid memory is when we went on a road trip late 1970’s (got lost) and we kept going in circles. He eventually did an “unmanly” thing and stopped to ask for directions. In typical Tom fashion went into a State Police barracks with beer in hand and yes me trailing behind asked for directions! Got the directions and back on the road we went. Yes made it to our destination safe and sound!
He was and always will be larger than life!

Tom and I hunted would make the best venison stew! We worked together for 28 years...sawdust in our veins. Tom was the trucker. Worked at the landing on the jobs, and sometimes would run the bulldozer and skidded. We enjoyed many breakfasts together... Warming up with lots of hot coffee. All the restaurant knew us in central NY. I'll miss my big brother and our long distant phone chats.
